Rebuilding Brand Here with AI

Situation: After 5+ years away building commercial experience inside multinational pharma, Alton decided to restart Brand Here — this time adding AI as a core capability. Rather than hiring a strategy consultant or a branding agency, he used AI directly, end-to-end.

Approach: Used AI to stress-test market positioning, iterate through logo concepts (catching a visual flaw before it shipped), draft and refine the entire website in direct collaboration, and plan the technical deployment — without a developer on staff.

"Great Place to Work" Press Conference

Situation: AIA needed to announce its "Great Place to Work" certification in a way that would generate genuine media interest, not just a routine press release.

Approach: Brand Here planned and executed a 6-day press conference program, coordinating media relations, logistics and messaging across multiple outlets.

Result: 100% media attendance across the program — every invited outlet showed up.

Roche — 2015–2020

"A Great Place to Work" Corporate Film

Situation: Roche wanted an internal employer-branding film to reinforce culture and pride among employees.
